Next visit St Hugo to enjoy an intimate ‘Past, Present & Future’ tour and wine tasting. Enjoy a walking tour through the estate, vineyard and unique cork trees, followed by a comparative wine tasting, delving into back, current and yet to be released vintages of St Hugo wines.

Your St Hugo experience continues with a leisurely four-course lunch with matched wines. Discover how the food pairings are created to match each featured wine perfectly, served in the divine setting of the 1849 stonewalled restaurant.

The final winery for the day is the iconic Seppeltsfield, here you will have the rare opportunity to ‘Taste Your Birth Year’. Famed for the Centennial Collection – an irreplaceable and unbroken lineage of Tawny of every vintage from 1878 to current year.  The estate remains the only winery in the world to release a 100 year old single vintage wine each year.  Taste your birth year wine direct from barrel in our Centennial Cellar and sip on a wine as old (or young) as you are.... The estate has undergone a renaissance  in recent years adding  local designers, artists and beauty products for you to explore at your leisure.
